Welcome to the second night of "Once Upon a Time in Hol...iday-Town", Fall 2023 Teen Ensemble Show! Synopsis: It’s summer in HolidayTown, the land where all the holiday spirits dwell, which means it’s time for the annual competition to determine which holiday is the most celebrated in the human realm. But before a winner can be chosen, Santa Claus is found mysteriously murdered! Chaos ensues with fingers pointed in every direction as suspicion blankets the town. Large influential holidays try to keep the peace, but just end up exacerbating the problematic power dynamics keeping other holidays from being heard. The HolidayTown detectives begin interrogating suspects, but before long, Tom Turkey takes it upon himself to impose martial law and name Thanksgiving as the only celebrate-able holiday in HolidayTown, plunging the citizens into an endless cycle of stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce. Determined to break free from the repetitive holiday loop, the residents band together, unraveling clues and navigating through the turkey-centric town to uncover the true culprit behind Santa's demise. As they race against time and the relentless Thanksgiving festivities, they must unveil the real killer to restore the town's harmony and bring back the joy that everyone used to take for granted. |
